Kristina Writes About Fatigue and Water vs Protien

We received a comment from Kristina over at our show at Bluebrry.com and she says… “Fatigue can also be caused from eating sugar at times when you are not eating protien as well. Your blood sugar levels are important to whether you are fatigued or not. So that handful of candy (even if within your points) can affect your levels and you feel fatigued when those levels drop. Even eating fruit can cause this. That is why protien is so important because it helps keep those levels level and for longer periods of time. I find I am tired after 3 p.m. Also, be careful in drinking TOO much water. It can thin your blood out and be dangerous for your body as well. If you are feeling lightheaded after drinking water, you have caused this reaction. Just another ‘tip’ regarding water. WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY??? I’m dying to know how weigh-in goes and if you ate that “bad” (but very YUMMY) popcorn!!!”
Kristina , thanks for the note and take a listen to the show for more info on that popcorn…
